Taking today and tomorrow off was the best decision ever. Picnic lunch outside on the Common? Check! Now if my nose could just stop running that would be awesome. I dunno if it's a cold or allergies, but it is seriously annoying.

Is lots of vitamin C ok? I got an Odwalla juice with tons of C yesterday but only drank half of it after the internet scared me about too much vitamin C being bad.

If I recall, Vit C is water soluable and any excess will flush out. You'd have to take TONS for it to be an issue.

My pink lemonade emergen-C has 1000mg of Vit C, and recommended serving is one packet 2-4 times a day!
