Ha ha ha! Oh, Davis Square LJ. I rarely check you, but you never let me down. There's some new Turil insanity. She does not patronize the Somerville Theater because it discriminates against children by not letting them into R rated movies after 6 pm. That's prejudice, yo.

Crap! I totally forgot to link you to this. I was reading about it last week and was actually hoping that maybe we could go to the baby friendly movie sometime, but it is on Thursdays.
Also, in Davis Snark there was a weird link to a website all about how Turil is not really married or something. It did make her whole situation sound very sad.

You know, I just found out I am actually in use-it-or-lose-it territory for some of my vaca time, so I may be able to swing a Thursday afternoon baby movie sometime with you! (if you have any time you would want to take off for that... wish more of these baby activities were on weekends!)

I followed some of Turil's marriage dramaz for a while, it is kind of sad, but very much of her own making. I would feel worse for her if I had any inkling that she was at all willing to listen to other points of view or learn anything at all.

I can take afternoons off with no consequence to my time off so we could probably find a time to do that. Maybe we should check the movies each week until there is a good one? I was thinking about going this week, but it is moneyball and I'm not really interested in watching that.

I agree that Turil doesn't seem to help herself, but the more I hear about her the more I think she is just plain mentally ill. But big surprise there. The things she says has to come from a crazy person.

Chickens are awesome, and provide us with both entertainment and tasties daily. Things are pretty cool otherwise as well.

If you're just tuning in, you have no idea just how entertaining the drama has gotten. Over the spring and summer, there was a full-on SCUL poly soap running where Turil actually started to look almost sane. We should dish.

We're doing well. I love my job and things in general are pretty swell here. :)

Everyone asks about the chickens! They are good. We still have one that is broody, she has been since mid-July. The only true cure is a baby, but it's not in the cards this season. Other than that, they just hang out, chase bugs, eat food scraps, look cute and give us eggs and next year, we'll have killer fertilizer. It's a pretty good deal. :)
