I am hoping that there is good soup available for lunch. I am also hoping that 7-11 sells Midol.
Ditched the Christian Science interview as I imagine that should I even get the job, I would be dubbed "devil woman" and people would not dare approach the weird girl with a piercing for reference questions.
Mere & Jeremy should be arriving tonight for a bit of a stay on the last leg of their journey home. Dunno how long they'll stay in town, but hooray for old friends coming back. Kinda wish we had cleaned the apartment a little, but meh, they've lived with us before and know how slovenly we are.
US News has a special issue out now about spies. I highly recommend you peruse said issue, it's fascinating. I love it when my obsessions are timely, like in junior high when I first read Gone With the Wind (shut up, I liked it! I was in 7th grade! It wowed the socks off of classmates who were still reading R.L. Stine books), and right after I finished it and was sad that the story was over, the sequel was released.
