Wow, I haven't posted anything here in a while.

House hunting is... going. I do not understand why realtors aren't stumbling over themselves to help us- don't they want to make money?? I want my hand held through this whole process, damnit.

Also, I am effin' tired of the snow.

I've been tagged by incandes_flower, and if I don't do this, all I have to talk about is the fact that states are now privatizing toll roads, which seems like a really bad idea. Let's not think about possibly, I don't know, taxing the hell out of SUVs for the disproportionate amount of wear & tear they have on roads. *sigh*

Anyway, meme! Rules: once you've been tagged, you have to write an entry stating 6 odd or interesting things about yourself.

1. I know kung-fu! Sort of.

2. My nickname was gigglepants for years. This is probably not surprising.

3. Competed in the Maine state geography bee in 8th grade. Nerdy fun!

4. I can't sleep with my ears uncovered, either by hair or blankie. This is freakishly weird, I know, but I have a freakishly unnecessary fear of spiders and earwigs crawling into my ears while I sleep.

5. I was going to go to grad school to get a degree in gender studies after college, but library school seemed easier to deal with. And was it ever!

6. After 2 years, I ceased being a vegetarian because I needed a pineapple of flaming chicken.

1. I have been known to organize my albums autobiographically.

2. I used to spend hours and hours reading fanfic. Especially the dirty, slashy stuff (it should probably count for an extra dork point that I even know what slash means!).

3. I am going to break down my rule of never gaming, but I'm only doing for it love, so I'm not sure if that counts =P

4. I've mentioned this before, but... I was on the Math Team in high school. And I really sucked at math. I was also distraught to place #2 in my graduating class, and missed bringing home the gold by one hundredth of a gpa point.

5. I love the New Yorker sooo much.
