Jul. 20th, 2006 11:17 amSo we have no plans for the weekend, and are thinking about making a trip to somewhere interesting for some beer and food. It'll either be The People's Pint, or The British Beer Company (either the Pembroke or Plymouth location). For the uninitiated, People's Pint is an awesome microbrew pub that uses only locally-grown/raised food stuffs, and makes great beer. They even make their own sodas! It's great food, great beer, and is pretty cheap. Of course, it is out in Greenfield, but it's a pretty drive. The British Beer Company appears to have a bunch of, well, British beers, and also has pasties. And we all know how obsessed with pasties I am. That would also involve a bit of a haul to get to, but should also be a nice drive.
Anyone want in, and if so, any preferences? We'd have room in our car for 2 people in need of rideage.
