Apr. 23rd, 2013 12:12 pmWest is effectively full time in preschool now (I say effectively and not officially because while he's spending all day in the preschool room this week, it won't be official until his 2.9 month birthday next week, so we are still paying infant/toddler room tuition this week).
As much as we've been looking forward to this transition, and we all know he's ready for it, my heartstrings tugged this morning when I left him. Some of the other preschool kids seem so much older and bigger (I think it goes up to 4 years old, there's a K Readiness class that's separate from preschool), and West looked so little compared to him. I've got a bit of a "our baby is getting older" lump in my throat now.
