It's from a naughty penny arcade cartoon circa 2002. Drew made me the icon very early into my LJ days, which incidentally were early into our relationship days.
2. What's your current relationship status?
Married.
3. Ever have a near-death experience?
I kind of almost drowned in a pool in Florida once. Don't jump into a pool with an enormous baggy t-shirt on that can twist up over your head and make you confused about where the top of the water is.
4. Name an obvious quality you have.
I... like to giggle.
5. What's the name of the song that's stuck in your head right now?
Beastie Boys- "No Sleep Til Brooklyn"
6. Any celeb you would marry?
Kevin Federline. Ha ha, just kidding. I am already married.

8. Has anyone ever said you look like a celebrity?
Are gelflings celebrities? I have gotten that, Thelma from Scooby Do, Christina Ricca before she was lollipop head, and "you look just like my daughter's friend." I don't think any are particularly accurate. Except possibly the puppets from the Dark Crystal, and that just kind of disturbs me.
9. Do you wear a watch? What kind?
What are these "watches" you speak of? I have a cell phone that tells me the time, and more often, I have someone else I can say "what time is it" to.
10. Do you have anything pierced?
Used to have a lip ring, an eyebrow ring, and in junior high had pierced ears for a few months.
11. Do you have any tattoos?
No, but I want one of Grendel (the bunny) breathing fire.
12. Do you like pain?
Not really, no.
13. Do you like to shop?
No, it kind of stresses me out. If I'm shopping for myself I don't have enough money to buy superfluous stuff, and if I'm shopping for others I rarely know what to get them.
14. What was the last thing you paid for with cash?
Threw down some cash for the sodas I drank at the bar tonight.
15. What was the last thing you paid for with your credit card?
Groceries.
16. Who was the last person you spoke to on the phone?
I left a message on my brother's phone earlier in the week. Other than that, the Indian delivery place we ordered food from last weekend. I'm not a phone person.

The weighted companion cube.
18. What is the background on your cell phone?
Beef Wellington!

I can't think of any off the top of my head.

Wow. I can't even remember. Probably a repeat viewing of Beerfest a few weeks ago.

Very first lived as a baby? A few years ago, when my grandparents still lived there. Actually recall spending time in? It's one of the main roads of L-town and I drive by that old house every time I visit my dad. It is now a gravestone making business.
27. When was the last time you googled your own name?
Probably when I was applying for that job in DC, so like last March. Though now of course I'm going to have to do it again.
28. What was/is your favourite subject at school?
History, gender studies
29. What was/is your least favourite subject at school?
Math

Not at all.

I think around 5 am, but I'm not sure.

Um, yes. That may have been when I was hopped on enough Red Bull-diet pills-decongestants to keep a small elephant awake for a month.

3.5- ish years

GODDAMN SPIDERS. House fires (I don't know if that's a phobia or a paranoia, but it's something).

Omlette, hash browns, wheat toast.

At home, trying to get tired enough to go to sleep

I enjoy hearing myself talk, and blogging is kind of like that, but with an audience. And to keep up with friends.

A little over a week

Not anymore. I don't super enjoy chatting, it contains the pressures of phone conversations and I also get distracted easily and wander away from the computer which in inopportune for chatting.

Not unless I'm really stressed out.
