So funny -- the fish dish that LK loves the most is Pescado a la Veracruzano - - tomatoes, olives, capers, pickled jalapeno slices. I really don't like that combo.
DO you like Asian flavors, like soy sauce, sesame oil, etc? That is a great way to overpower fish and make it tasty I think - I had a recipe for equal parts soy sauce, lemon juice as a marinade but its amenable to adding other stuff like red pepper flakes.
