Over the past few days I've regained my cooking prowess after some hilarious fiascoes. Corn on the cob with lime-cilantro butter, cherry cobbler, cajun-garlic pork, and oven-roasted sage potatoes are all most excellent things.

Though I swallow my pride a little to admit it, last night I watched For Love or Money 3. Yup. It was pretty entertaining.

It is, indeed, The Tasty. I made it, if I recall right it's: 4 tsp melted butter, 1 tblsp lime juice, 2 tblsp chopped (fresh) cilantro.

You can make it just like Jenn said, or you can even do it in a stand mixer using room temp butter the herbs and juice, and the put the mixture back into parchment paper, and make a roll out of it, put it back into the fridge to harden up, and then make slices for pretty presentation.
