eye_abstains and a couple people from work; we were later joined by various and sundry people. It was a really good time, up til I realized exactly how long I'd been there and how many glasses of Merlot I'd consumed. The incoherence hit me pretty quickly, so I hightailed it to a warm, comfy bed. This was the first time in a good while that I've been that drunk, not since I made my vow to not get to that state. So one lapse, and from now on I'll be a wiser girl. I just don't like getting to the point where I can't converse clearly, it ceases to be fun then.
Tonight I'll be a good girl. Going to ManRay tonight to hit up the 80s tunes and dance, dance, dance. It will be Fun. Now to go dig out my fishnets....
