Huh. Davis Square LJ does not have a lock on the crazies, because the infrequently used Salem LJ just got a doozy.

I bought our first package of diapers yesterday. It's about time to start the "just in case" stockpile. And we have a crib in our red room. Baby reality is setting in!

Also, it is hot. I drove in to work this morning and am very glad I did. And I found a $13 parking lot close to work, which is a heck of a lot better than the $35 garage I've used before.

Man, I am hold up in the bedroom with our only A/C today. I'm glad to hear that you found a reasonable place to park. I'm sure driving today helped.

It helped a lot! (Even though I had to pull off 93 at Somerville for a potty stop and then get back onto 93)

I was just thinking of dropping you a line this morning to see how you're doing.

(for disposables, pampers swaddlers are the bestest for newborns)

Oh, yays, that's exactly the kind I got. I was going to get a few different brands just in case one brand gives him a rash or something (and I am going to stock up on some California Baby diaper rash cream).

I am... hanging in. The heat this summer is bumming me out, but only 6 more weeks (hopefully? I can't stand the thought of going over 40 weeks even though I know it's likely). I just want to meet the little guy and get this parent thing going!

D'oh, I didn't realize it was blocked. Copy & Paste to the rescue! It is too long to fit in one comment so I'm breaking it into 2. Sadly, I can't copy & paste the picture of the poster and the drawing she made of this dude she is stalking.

Hi, my name is Tara. I'm living in Everett, WA. I took a vacation to MA from June 23 - July 2. This is the story of how I met this man and I am now on the search to find him again.

This is what I look like and about the same outfit I wore on that day of June 30. I've posted this picture in case Mark see's this.

I did find 'Ynycornus', but I only got his first name. I was so shocked at seeing the man realizing who he was in appearence of what my dreams and drawing showed me, I didn't know what to say or do. I was trying to be careful and not scare him away. You know those fairy tale type stories that have that fleeting moment just enough before the unicorn vanishes? That's what it was like and I never turned back to talk more to him. I didn't get his phone number, last name, or email. Not even a picture.

Here's how it all started....

June 29, I went with my friend to Salem to test out where everything was. We even went to Pyramid Books. I paid for a tarot reading with Doug. He was spot on on everything. Even about my search for 'Ynycornus'. He said, "You'll find him tomorrow. He's local here. He may live in Middleton, Hamelton, Wenham, or Beverly." He said also, "This person is not a soul mate as you say. He's a kindred spirit." I took all that he said to heart cause I knew in my heart this was true.

The next day...

I took the subway train from Braintree to Haymarket to take the bus to Salem. I went on June 30 in the morning. My 'friend' had to stay home to take care of her daughter and her husband had to work at the oriental shop they own. I basiclly walked everywhere in Salem. I looked at everything that I wanted to see. I was dressed in my long black with purple trimmed skirt with a long sleeved silver gray medieval top. I looked the part and got tons of comments about my outfit. I got comments all through my subway ride and walking around from station to station for transfers, but that's beside the point....

Between the hours of 2pm and 4pm I started feeling unhappy. I started to naturally let this whole 'searching for my unicorn' go. At the last moment of letting go, I walked past a young man that was close to my age about early 30s. I kept looking at him turning back to look. He looked familar. Hope slowly began to rise. He kept looking at me, he looked me up and down, his blue eyes couldn't stop looking. This happened on the corner of Washington St and Essex St right next to Army Barracks Store near the main corner pillar.

Dialogue:

"You look beautiful in that dress," his soft, cheerful light New England accent made my heart flutter. I had heard his voice before on Samhain (Halloween) 2009 on my digital recorder from an EVP. I knew it was him. I didn't know what to say or do. I didn't want to scare him.

"Thank you." I smiled. With a slightly shaky voice I added, "You look very, very familiar to me."

"I do? How so? Have I met you before?" his expression of curiosity was familiar too. I had seen that look before from the spirit of this man I call Ynycornus.

Knowing the truth in my heart, but to save myself in case of let down – I fibbed, "No...no...I'm just looking for someone. You look just like the guy I'm looking for." What I really wanted to say, but couldn't cause I choked, “I do know you, but from my dreams. I had to put a name to you. I called you Ynycornus.” I couldn't act like a little school girl with a crush seeing a celebrity. I had to play it as calm as possible so not to scare him off.

"Well, you're in the right place to find this person." at that moment it was like the High Lord of Heaven was speaking through him saying, 'This is the guy.' I know Ynycornus' games of how he puts things across in slight code. I knew what he was really saying, but I just choked. "I hope you find the person you're looking for." I smiled. "By the way, I'm Mark." We shook hands and I told him my name, but only first name. I didn't ask him any further of the matter fearing it would scare him away.

Well, I walked on my way saying I was still on the search. I then overheard him talk to the woman saying, "I know The Red Lion Smoke Shop is around here. I've been here before." Sure enough, it was just next door to Army Barrack store. After that, I never looked back to talk to him any further. I went to the T station down Washington St to take the bus to Haymarket.

The next day, I went back to Salem. Dressed almost the same, but with a medieval purple and blue corset. I walked everywhere. I even sat at the same street corner on the bench for four hours watching for him. I feel the guy is a local.

I will be telling the whole Ynycornus story of how this all started when I was five years old. I'll be making a video on YouTube, but not right now I have to plan this out cause it will take a few videos to explain.

All in all, my vacation was enjoyable of what I could do. I found 'Ynycornus' and I feel I can take the next step in finding him again.

I've posted this same information on three Facebook Salem groups and on Craig's List for the North Shore area.
If anyone knows anything, please email me.

Thank you.

~Tara

Thank you. She's healthy and starting to come out of her shell, and that's a wonderful thing.
