wildflowersoulFeeling remarkably better and actually Getting Stuff Done.
This summer I am hoping to do a huge purge of all the crap I've accumulated that I don't use/need to keep. So I'm starting to make some headway, I've got 2 trash bags filled already, some of the crap I've hauled around since college because I was just too lazy at moving-time to do anything but keep them in the boxes they'd been in. It's amazing how much scented soap and body wash a girl can amass, none of which were scents I ever liked so I didn't use 'em. It's also funny to see what I've deemed worthy of keeping (seems other people have posted stuff along these lines lately, must be spring-cleaning fever). I don't usually hang onto much for sentimentality's sake; I've got a shoebox full of letters, cards and little doo-dads that I've been filling up since freshman year of college...there's a bear pin in there, a plastic lizard, a Nadar/LaDuke button, a movie ticket stub, random pictures. I've never been much of a picture-taker, so the ones I do have are from weird, discrete little points of time. Huh. Anyway, this stuff-purging is oddly satisfying.
