Back at work! Leaving my little muffin in daycare was the hardest thing I've done in a long, long time. He was sleeping when we got there and slept through our leaving, so he woke up in a strange place surrounded by strangers. I'm trying to not think too much about that. I miss my little guy so much, but it is nice to be part of the adult world again. It would be a bit easier if it wasn't dismal and rainy today. I brought my pump intending to do a lunch time pump but forgot half the pump accessories that are necessary. Sigh. Things have been moving along today at a fast enough pace to keep my mind off my sadness.

WHEW! Congrats on making it through the first day. I'm sending good thoughts for you both to enjoy your separate adult/baby time, and of course enjoy the reunions in the evening!
